Geared for adults 55+ Students learn proven science-backed moves that help let go of old patterns and reconnect with how our body moves best. Easy, gentle and effective moves, done with proper technique that help you stay active through the years and gain confidence in daily activities such as picking up grandchildren, carrying groceries without pain, preventing falls and of course dancing!

ABOUT AUDREY FLINT- As a lifelong dance teacher, I’ve spent years helping people reclaim their stability, grace, and joy through teaching dance. In my senior years I experienced a big change and loss in muscle tone and strength in my body and several injuries. I dug deep into the latest and most effective research on aging and the body and continue extensive trainings in balance, bone health and mobility for seniors. Combined with my dance background I have taken what works into all of the popular Balance and Tone programs I offer. I believe movement should be adapted to the individual person and done safely with proper technique in order to maintain consistency to see real progress. I continue to use, learn and enjoy these techniques for my own strength and health every day.
