WE KEEP DANCING is an active community of people both online and in person who are ready to stay healthy, have fun and keep dancing and moving through the third act of life. Come recharge and uplift your spirit, mind and body through dance and Balance &Tone classes on ZOOM and in person in Ashland oregon.

DANCE - We offer outrageously uplifting classes in Broadway dance and Motown & Oldies. Energize your body and activate the brain body connections with the most fun and healthy way to exercise ever. Choreographed routines to music that just gets you going.

BALANCE AND TONE -

As the old saying goes - Use it or Lose it. We all need to be able to stay mobile as we age. The Balance and Tone programs are offered several times a year with a focus on safe, effective mobility, balance and strength exercises that you can do in just minutes a day. It really works and it's fun.

EVENT BOOSTERS -

Bring Audrey to your retreat or event to inspire and energize your group. Online or in person. Audrey can create easy and uplifting dance routines or healthy, safe warm-ups to your favorite music. All specifically tailored to your theme and focus of your event.

Show stopping, jazzy, Broadway style dance routines from classics to modern musical theater style songs. Fast beginning and intermediate level. Some past dance experience recommended. Optional Performance opportunities. .

Confidently move through the years. Increase mobility, core strength & balance by improving your posture and muscle tone with easy, safe, powerful techniques that are proven to help you balance better, prevent falls, carry groceries, ease pain & dance! Exercises are all osteoporosis safe.

Meet Audrey

Audrey Flint has been immersed in dance and theater her entire life—starting as a child in her mother’s tap studio, teaching and performing in London, New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area as well as working as a choreographer for musical theater companies. In 2016, Audrey created the highly popular Broadway Dance for Boomers and Beyond, an award-winning program known for its joyful parade performances.

As a Baby Boomer herself, Audrey understands the journey of aging, including the challenges of past injuries, muscle loss, bone loss and the changes that come with the "third act of life". She developed the now popular Balance and Tone classes to help keep people mobile and active through the years. Her ongoing passion and mission are to help others stay healthy, active, and connected to their core energy and individual spirit—by safely moving and dancing through the later years of life.
