APRIL
Balance Boost: 5-Week Series
Offered only a few times a year, this series helps you build lasting strength, stability, and confidence. Through twice-weekly live Zoom sessions (plus full class recordings), you’ll practice safe, effective moves for balance, coordination, and functional strength, all at a pace that meets your individual abilities. Each new series brings updated info and continued community support.
Tuition: $85.

As a lifelong dance teacher, I’ve spent years helping people reclaim their stability, grace, and joy. In my senior years I experienced a big change in muscle tone and strength in my body, so I dug deep into the latest research and trainings along with my dance background to create all of the popular Balance and Tone programs I offer. I believe movement should be adapted to the individual person and done safely with proper technique in order to maintain consistency and see real progress. I continue to use and enjoy these techniques for my own strength and health every day.
All of the Balance classes are also safe for people with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
