Balance and Tone Boot Camp Starts July 7th

Class will meet 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday for 1/2 hour, 9:00-9:30 am pacific time - Plus extra Q&A live community time after each class. You can choose 1 or 2 weeks. 

 

WEEK 1 - JULY 7th-10th - Feel Your fabulous Foundation, Know Your Body! The top keys to safe alignment, core, back stabilizing and better balance. 

WEEK 2 - JULY 14th-17th - Building Momentum and Strength! Aging backwards.
