Bring Audrey to your retreat or event to inspire and energize your group. Online or in person. Audrey can create short or long dance routines or healthy warm-ups to your favorite music. All specifically tailored to your theme and focus of your event.

BALANCE AND TONE BOOT CAMP ON ZOOM! 

STARTS JULY 7th

A great opportunity to gently yet powerfully improve your posture, balance and strength in a packed full and fun Bootcamp! This class is for anyone who wants to age younger, feel more balanced and gain a deeper confidence in your body. Gentle, yet powerful science backed exercises and techniques that improve balance, flexibility and strength. And it feels good!  (Totally safe for people with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis as well). 

Class will meet 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday for 1/2 hour, 9:00-9:30 am pacific time - Plus extra Q&A live community time after each class. You can choose 1 or 2 weeks. 

 

WEEK 1 - JULY 7th-10th

Feel Your Fabulous Foundation, Know Your Body!

 The top keys to safe alignment, core, back stabilizing and better balance. 

WEEK 2 - JULY 14th-17th

Building Momentum and Strength!

Aging backwards.

By the end of this week you will have a personal plan for an easy 10 minutes a day practice that will grow with you and keep you moving, balanced and dancing. 

You need to have either taken week 1 or a previous Balance class with me to do week 2. 

Cost $35 per week or $60 for two weeks- recommended.

We Keep Dancing - BROADWAY

OUR CORE program and how it all started. If you ever imagined yourself dancing in a Musical, this is your chance to feel like a Broadway star no matter what your experience or age. Students learn Broadway style show choreography that is gentle on the body, great for the brain and energizing for the spirit. By the end of the series you will know several full dance routines.

Offered as a Hybrid class both in person and online on Zoom. Fall Winter and Spring series.

TUESDAYS 11:00-12:00 - HYBRID

We Keep Dancing - MOTOWN & OLDIES

Similar to the Broadway class but with all the classic oldies music you know and love from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s.

Students learn jazz style choreography that is gentle on the body, great for the brain and energizing for the spirit.

By the end of the series you will know several full dance routines.

Offered as a Hybrid class both in person and online on Zoom. Fall, Winter, Spring series.

THURSDAYS 11:15-12:15 - HYBRID class

Balance and Tone

Use it or lose it! In this live online class we will gently get stronger together with a focus on improving balance and core strength with conscious, safe core strengthening exercises. Special attention given to osteoporosis and general balance. Expect a combination of gentle standing, chair and floor exercises to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Students have the opportunity to connect with the community, share their personal journey as well as support each other with weekly goals. Classes Offered on Zoom only.

Retreats and Event Boosters

Bring Audrey to your workshop and give your retreat or event a boost. Let your tribe experience exuberant joy, energy, fun and connection through outrageously stimulating yet easy dance routines specifically tailored to your event or topic. All ages and abilities. Online Zoom appearances available. In person by special arrangement.

Meet Audrey

Audrey Flint has been teaching dance her entire life. From her mother’s tap studio as a child to studying, teaching and performing in London, New York and the S.F Bay Area. Audrey was the director of theater and dance programs in schools for many years and was a resident choreographer for professional musical theater productions. In 2016 she created the very popular Broadway Dance for Boomers and Beyond which won awards in parades, performed flash mobs and continues to bring joy and health to so many. Her passion and mission is to help people stay healthy and joy filled and connect to their core energy by safely moving and dancing through the later years of life.
